SB 833 (Sen. Farnese) Amends Section 1503 of Title 23 to permit civil celebrants to solemnize marriages.

SB 1033 (Sen. Gordner) (Amends Section 911 (a) of Title 42 to add a third judge to the Court of Common Pleas in the 26th Judicial District.

HB 1747 (Rep. Dowling) Removes the current prohibition in Section 6107 of Title 18 which forbids the carrying of a firearm during a declaration of emergency unless the individual is defending his or her life or property or unless the individual is licensed to carry a firearm.  Amends Title 35, Section 7301 by eliminating the Governor’s power to suspend or limit the sale of firearms during a declared emergency.

HB 2175 (Rep. Schroeder) – Amends Section 5920 of Title 42 to expand the list of sexual offenses in which an expert may be allowed to testify.  

HB 2176 (Rep. Mustello) Amends Section 6318 of Title 18 to add certain offenses that can constitute the offense of unlawful contact with a minor.
