May 7 through May 13, 2017 is “National Hospital Week” in Pennsylvania. Hospitals and health systems are pillars of our health care system, major employers, and significant economic contributors. Senator Baker’s resolution urges policymakers to visit hospitals in their communities to learn more about the innovative, quality care and services being offered to improve the health and quality of life of all Pennsylvanians.
