Shelby Carr, a Dallas High School graduate who is poised to attend King’s College where she will study political science and law, was in Harrisburg today to serve as a guest shadow. She is the daughter of Steve and Tracey Carr. Her parents and her brother Steven joined her during her visit to the Capitol.
