HB 1431 – Klunk – Amends Section 2731.1 of Title 18 concerning abuse of a care-dependent person.
HB 1429 – Culver – Amends Title 18 (Crimes Code) to add criminal offenses for those who use their position of trust to financially exploit older adults or care-dependent individuals and provides for concurrent jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute the crimes.
