HARRISBURG – The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20th at 9:00 a.m. in the Senate Chamber. The topic of the hearing will be Pennsylvania Dog Laws and Related Animal Welfare Issues.
Among those offering testimony are the Department of Agriculture, the Humane Society, breeders, veterinarians, and shelters.
