HB 288 – Rep. Simmons – Amends Title 18, Section 4303 (relating to concealing the death of a child) by increasing the penalty for the offense and by clarifying that the child need not be the natural child of the one concealing the death.
SB 1170 – Sen. Langerholc – Amends Title 42, Section 5920 to allow expert testimony in a criminal proceeding relating to domestic violence.

SB 1193 – Sen. Browne – Amends the Sheriff and Deputy Sheriff Education and Training Act (the “Act”) by increasing the surcharges in Sections 8 (b) and 8 (b.1) of the Act.
