SB 1119 (Baker), Amends Title 42 by adding a Section 5506 which shall toll the Statute of Limitations for all civil and criminal cases that would otherwise expire during a judicial emergency.

SB 1120 (Baker), Amends Title 42, Section 9730 by providing that failure to pay court costs, restitution or fines during a judicial emergency shall not be considered a default.

HB 1538 (White), Amends Title 61 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 to Section 6139 which provide that the Parole Board need not consider an application for parole by individuals convicted of certain crimes if a parole decision has been issued by the Parole Board within the previous three years.
