The committee will meet to considering the following bills:

HB 122 – Rep. Kaufer – Amends the Pennsylvania Drug and Alcohol Abuse Control Act by establishing a Project Lazarus Commission.

HB 1532 – Rep. Phillips-Hill – Amends the Achieving Better Care by Monitoring All Prescriptions Program (“ABC-MAP”) Act by providing a Medicaid managed care organization with the ability to query the ABC-MAP electronic prescription monitoring system.

HB 1884 – Rep. Quinn – Enacts the Patient Test Result Information Act which provides for notice directly to a patient by an entity performing a diagnostic imaging service indicating that the entity has completed a review of the test performed and has sent results to the health care practitioner ordering the test when there is a finding of a significant abnormality. 

SB 1220 – Sen. Schwank – Establishes the Advisory Council on PANDAS and PANS.

SB 1237 – Sen. Baker – Enacts the Rural Health Redesign Center Authority Act which establishes the Rural Health Redesign Center Authority and the Rural Health Redesign Center Fund.  The purpose of the Act is to protect and promote access by residents of rural counties to high-quality health care and to encourage innovation in health care delivery. 

SB 912 – Sen. Brooks – Requires the Department of Human Services to establish a presumptive eligibility program for home care services and home health services.

HB 1829 – Rep. Bernstine – Amends the Human Services Code to create a new section for deemed eligibility for home care and home health services and older adult daily living center services.
