HARRISBURG –Patrick Duggan, who has served as an intern in Sen. Lisa Baker’s Harrisburg office this summer, was introduced by the senator and thanked for the work he’s done so far. Duggan, whose uncle is Leo P. Vergnetti, from Scranton, is the son of Patrick and Mary Duggan. He will attend the University of Iowa to study political science and wrestle for the Hawkeyes.
