Consider SB 655 – Browne | Bill Summary – An Act amending the Act of April 9, 1929, known as The Fiscal Code, in special funds, further providing for expiration. Extends the expiration date for the State Workers’ Insurance Fund to invest in equities from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2019.
Consider SB 404 – Argall | Bill Summary – An Act establishing guidelines and procedures governing certain investigations of correctional officers; authorizing certain civil suits by correctional officers; and providing for impact of collective bargaining agreements and for summary suspensions. (There may be an amendment to this bill)
