HARRISBURG — During the recent Senate Appropriations Committee Budget Hearings, Senator Lisa Baker (R-20) inquired about Governor Wolf’s Participant-Directed Home Care Services Executive Order. Believing there are fundamental questions about the purpose, the method, the justification, and the cost that were not answered, she sent the attached letter to the governor seeking clarification.
