Senator Baker urged Attorney General Kathleen Kane to help rural communities that do not have their own police forces partner with state police to fight drug trafficking. She also wanted information on the legal costs paid by the Attorney General’s office for outside counsel and right to know requests. Baker also questioned Kane about how royalty payments are calculated for landowners when drilling takes place on their property.
