Sen. Lisa Baker joined Sen. Joe Scarnati, President of the Senate, in requesting a reversal of a new National Guard policy that would have limited funeral honor guards to a 100-mile radius of Annville and Philadelphia. Upon receiving the letter, the Guard said it would no longer enforce the geographic ban, due to an unexpected influx of federal dollars. (PDF)
