MEDIA ADVISORY Senate Committee Seeks Solutions To Security List Controversy

The Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, chaired by Senator Lisa Baker, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Majority Caucus Room, First Floor, Main Capitol Building.

The purpose of this hearing is to provide the Rendell Administration with an opportunity to report on the progress of its inquiry into the terror list contract, to detail any changes in personnel or agency functions deemed necessary, and to outline recommendations for improving cooperation between key state agencies.

The following officials will testify as a panel representing the administration:

– Steven Crawford, Chief of Staff, Office of the Governor
– General Robert French, PEMA Director
– Colonel Frank Pawlowski, PA State Police Commissioner
