Senator Baker

March 16, 2010 – The Pennsylvania Association of Conservation Districts (PACD) held an event at the state Capitol today focusing on legislative issues important to conservation districts across the Commonwealth.  Senator Baker, joined representatives Sandra Major and Karen Boback, to speak with Conservation District representatives within their legislative districts.  From left to right are, sitting: MaryAnn Warren, Susquehanna County Commissioner/Susquehanna County Conservation District Board Member/PACD President; Vic Cappucci, Wyoming County Conservation District Board Member; Bob Robinson, Wyoming County Conservation District Board Chairman; and standing: Representative Major; Representative Boback; Jack Hanish, Luzerne Conservation District Board Member; Jim Garner, Susquehanna County Conservation District Manager; Senator Baker; Josh Longmore, Luzerne County Conservation District Manager.
