March 7, 2010 - Raymond John Walton, Boy Scout Troop 106, Mountain Top, recently attained the rank of Eagle Scout. His community service project was the installation of a commercial swing bench and U.S. flag pole flower box at Ice Lakes Park, Rice Township.
