January 27, 2010 - As a member of the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy committee, Senator Baker participated in a public hearing on Marcellus Shale natural gas wastewater treatment issues. During the hearing, participants heard from Department of Environmental Protection officials, industry representatives and others providing an overview of the challenges faced from Marcellus Shale wastewater.
