September 8, 2009 – David Charles Harman, Boy Scout Troop 207, Conyngham, recently attained the rank of Eagle Scout.  His community service project was the renovation of an outdoor playground at Community Alliance Church.  Above from left are: Senator Baker, Representative Boback, David, Carla, Gary, Sarah and Marcie Harman.
