August 20, 2009 – Senator Baker joins students and administrators from Susquehanna Community School District when they were in Harrisburg being recognized for having shown consistent academic gains in statewide test scores in math and reading from 2002 to 2008.  Susquehanna Community School District was singled out for having the greatest gains during this period.
