April 21, 2008 – Senator Baker congratulates Nathan Hill, Boy Scout Troop 336, Centermoreland, Luzerne County.  Nathan recently attained the rank of Eagle Scout.  His community service project was the renovation of the Tunkhannock Youth Soccer fields.
