July 20, 2007 – Senator Baker joined area legislators in honoring Trooper Robert Rogers, Lehman Township Assistant Fire Chief Barney Dobinick, Trooper First Class William Gross and Trooper Truman Brandt for their bravery and service to our community.  Rogers, Dobinick and Gross were responsible for saving Trooper Brandt’s life when his cruiser crashed during a high-speed pursuit.  From left to right – Trooper First Class William Gross, Lehman Township Assistant Fire Chief Barney Dobinick, Trooper Truman Brandt, Senator Baker, Representative Karen Boback, Trooper Robert Rogers, Senator Ray Musto and Representative Mike Carroll.
