April 19, 2007 – Senator Baker served as the keynote
speaker at the Times Leader's Jefferson Awards ceremony.
The Jefferson Awards honor individuals for their
contributions through community service. Dr. Doug Ayers
was selected as the 2007 recipient and recognized for
his environmental efforts.
