  • SB 60 (Phillips-Hill) – Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) expands the definition of human trafficking to include any individual who patronizes or advertises a victim of trafficking.
  • SB 81 (Sabatina) – Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to require 18 years of age as the minimum age at which marriage licenses shall be issued, with no exceptions
  • SB 320 (Killion) – Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) to authorize fiduciaries to have access to the digital assets of the deceased.
  • SB 714 (Browne) – Amends Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 61 (Prisons and Parole) to effectuate the consolidation of the Department of Corrections and the Board of Probation and Parole.
  • SB 715 (Browne) – Amends the Crime Victims Act to effectuate the consolidation of the Department of Corrections and the Board of Probation and Parole.
  • HB 235 (Toohil) – Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to permit corrections employees to witness the signature of consent to adopt by an incarcerated parent.
  • HB 276 (Delozier) – A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide for rights of victims of crime (Marsy’s Law).
  • HB 315 (Murt) – Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) prohibiting the practice of genital mutilation of a minor female.
  • HB 502 (Hershey) – Amends the Crime Victims Act to provide that “victims of crime” have the right to not be excluded criminal proceedings unless the court determines that testimony by the victim would be materially altered if the victim heard other testimony at the proceeding.
  • HB 504 (Mihalek) – Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to exclude from criminal trials evidence of the victim’s past sexual victimization and allegations of past sexual victimization.
